ACF is heading south to the Sunshine State for the 2012 National Convention, July 14–17. We are returning to sunny Orlando, Fla., for another unforgettable convention. The Orlando World Center Marriott Resort will host this jam-packed, four-day convention, offering exceptional educational programming and networking opportunities.

Lead Like “Mike” Contest

Do you ever wonder what it takes to lead the largest organization of professional chefs in the U.S.? ACF students and apprentices are invited to enter the 2012 Lead Like “Mike” Contest. One lucky student will be selected to attend the 2012 ACF National Convention to be mentored by ACF National President Michael Ty, CEC, AAC.
